So this is what a train berth looks like. There are nine berths in second class, four people per berth.

And here we are in the restaurant car, hatching plans for my mother's upcoming birthday.

And here you see second class. It's all an open cabin, no berths. It looks pretty cool! Unfortunately, foreigners can't travel in third class. Of course, what's a foreigner if you're going from Russia to China through Mongolia?

Another interesting thing about third class is this toilet! Notice the stepping pads. The toilets aren't like that in second class, and I'm sure not like it in first, either! What do you think they're saying here??
