He will get feedback from all agents who show the property and ask what they feel about the pricing and the impressions the buyer and the agent had about the property, and communicate that feedback directly and immediately to you.

You will also receive weekly updates about the web traffic that your home is receiving on all of the 800+ sites that your home’s listing has been syndicated to, so you can see how much interest your property is attracting on-line.

The real estate market is very dynamic, and it is important to know what changes are happening in your neighborhood. Your agent will set up an automated system to send you updates in near real time as new listings come on in your area, when properties go under contract, and when they sell, so you’ll always know what’s up with the competition.

And don’t forget your guaranteed weekly progress report – your agent will talk to you at least once per week, so you can discuss feedback, changes in the market dynamic, and any issues that arise with the sale.
