While not directly within walking distance for all residents, the general area also offers proximity to amenities like Almaden Lake, Oakridge Mall, and the YMCA, as evidenced by their mention in connection with nearby Villa Teresa. The Homeowners Association (HOA) fees at The Villages are structured to be dependent on the size and type of home purchased.   3. Village Hermosa (1975)  – Offers 196 villas and 74 single-family homes, averaging 1,286 sq ft.
  4. Village Heights (1978) – Contains 72 villas with an average size of 1,584 sq ft.
  5. Village Verano (1980) – Features 207 villas, each averaging 1,578 sq ft.
  6. Village Del Lago (1985) – Comprises 174 villas with an average size of 1,522 sq ft.
  7. Village Highland (1987) – Offers 210 villas and 49 single-family homes, averaging 1,650 sq ft.
  8. Village Glen Arden (1989) – Contains 120 villas, each around 1,800 sq ft.
  9. Village Olivas and The Estates (1992) – Together, they offer 207 villas and 75 single-family homes.
  10. Village Fairway (1996) – The smallest village with just 22 villas, averaging 1,557 sq ft.
  11. Village Sonata (1998) – Comprises 102 villas, each around 1,770 sq ft.
  12. Village Valle Vista (1999) – The last village built, featuring 72 units averaging 2,165 sq ft.
