Sellers
In an average year, about 60-70% of my transactions are with sellers. My typical seller is someone who has owned their home for decades, and is looking to downsize and perhaps relocate out of the area, often choosing to move to be closer to kids and grandchildren. I love working with Seniors, and I have developed a specialization for them.
Buyers
I love working with buyers! But let's face it, the high price of real estate in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area excludes 80-90% of would-be homeowners. Most of my buyers tend to be "tech professionals," working for top Silicon Valley firms, or in some kind of technical or academic field. My background in tech makes me the perfect REALTOR® for these folks.
